Since 1982, LUL has been dedicated to the personal, academic, and professional growth of our Hermanos. For undergraduates, we provide a network that maximizes their potential across academic, social, and professional spheres at universities nationwide. Our alumni lead by example in fields such as Business, Medicine, Law, Education, Government, and STEM.
Undergraduate Chapters
La Unidad Latina focuses on making a meaningful impact, not just growing in size. We prioritize a close-knit brotherhood, mentoring undergraduates to help them reach their goals and support our community.
Professional Chapters
Lambda Upsilon Lambda’s Professional Chapters unite initiated Hermanos—alumni and established professionals—in a lifelong brotherhood rooted in mentorship, networking, and community service.

How To Join La Unidad Latina
Accepting qualified gentlemen who share our values, Lambda Upsilon Lambda offers two distinct pathways: Undergraduate induction for current college students and Professional induction for those who have already earned a bachelor’s degree.
Both paths require sponsorship, letters of recommendation, completion of education programming, and alignment with our pillars.
